This piece opens with one of his most well known jig-style melodies, then develops into a completely new and original composition featuring captivating tempos, beautiful melodies, and intriguing rhythms and harmonies.
For the adventurous pianist, this late intermediate to early advanced piece includes 6/8 meter, grace notes, arpeggiated LH patterns, a key change from the key of G to the key of C, and 3:2 polyrhythms.
